Free Flu Shots are available to residents 18 years and older.

As of October 21, there are no more public walk-up or drive-thru flu clinics scheduled at this time. However, the Division of Public Health is continuing to provide free flu shots to adults at our two walk-up clinics. No appointments are necessary, but participants must wear a face mask and remain outside until they are called to enter.

Most of us can recall being sick with the seasonal flu. Although it may seem like a minor annoyance to many, seasonal flu (or “influenza”) is a serious illness that can have dangerous complications resulting in an average of 36,000 deaths and 200,000 hospitalizations each year.

The seasonal flu usually spreads from person to person when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks and the virus is sent into the air. Unlike many other viral respiratory infections, such as the common cold, the seasonal flu causes severe illness and life-threatening complications in many people.

Walk Up Clinics with Appointment

Social Distancing will be maintained throughout the process
Masks are required
Short sleeve or sleeveless shirts are recommended under your jacket or sweater
Please stay in your vehicle until 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Upon entrance to the clinic you will be screened for covid – 19 symptoms including temperature  
You will be seated and asked to complete and sign a flu consent form.
Any questions you have will be answered.
You will be directed to a flu shot station.
