The Atlantic County Animal Shelter is open for business by appointment only for adoption services and redemption of impounded strays at (609) 485-2345.
Any incoming strays should be directed to the local Animal Control Officer for proper processing.
The following fees currently apply to the adoption of animals.
Puppies and Dogs: $110.00 The adoption fee includes mandatory sterilization, age appropriate vaccinations, diagnostic testing, a microchip and a free veterinary consultation.

Rabies Clinic For Cats Only Sunday, December 13, 2020
By appointment only. Clinics are animal-specific so cats cannot be brought to the dog clinic and vice versa. Dogs must be on leashes and cats must be in carriers.
